We process personal data exclusively within the framework of the statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian TKG 2021). This privacy policy explains which data is processed when you visit this website and book online, for what purpose, and which rights you have. Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations.

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical access data (server log files), such as IP address, date and time of access, requested page and browser type.

The hosting provider is Hostinger International Limited, 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. The servers are located in Germany. A data processing agreement is in place with Hostinger (Hostinger data processing agreement). Server log files are deleted after 14 days.

This website itself sets no cookies. For audience measurement we use the cookieless analytics tool Umami (see section 6). Only your consent choice is stored, in a single local-storage entry. Third-party cookies (Treatwell) are only set after you explicitly load the booking window.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Appointments can be booked via an embedded Treatwell booking window. The window only loads once you consent to loading external content; data is then transferred to Treatwell (including IP address, browser data and the booking details you enter).

The provider is Treatwell DACH GmbH, registered in Berlin (Charlottenburg Local Court, HRB 142124B), with its Vienna branch at Karl-Popper-Straße 22, 1100 Vienna (FN 431916x, Vienna Commercial Court). For audience measurement we use Umami. Umami works without cookies and without cross-device tracking; no personal profiles are created. It records, in aggregated form, visited pages, referrers, and browser and device type, among other things. In addition, we record an event when the booking dialog is opened.

We run Umami ourselves on our own server (Hostinger VPS) in Germany. No data is transferred to third parties. The aggregated statistics are stored for 12 months. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly audience measurement; you can object to the measurement at any time (see section 10).

The fonts used (Inter, Playfair Display) are served locally from our own server. No connection to Google servers is established when the page loads.

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details in order to handle the enquiry. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

This website contains links to our Instagram profile, our Treatwell profile and Google Maps. Simply visiting our website transfers no data to these providers — you only leave our website when you click a link. The privacy policies of the respective providers apply to any data processed there.

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future — for example via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. To exercise your rights, an informal email to the controller named above is sufficient.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You have the right to object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest. This applies in particular to audience measurement with Umami.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
